Charles Nivens is an American Artist with over 35 years of professional experience. He currently resides in beautiful Cumberland Virginia with his wife, Diane. The artist has devoted much of his life to honing his artistic ability and technique. His work has been featured and exhibited in cities across the U.S. as well as abroad.

Using palette knife and brush, the artist transforms canvas, vibrant colors, and textures into contemporary masterpieces. Each painting is unique and original and showcases the fascination, mystery and beauty of the world around us.
