John’s experience as a master carpenter and love for carpentry and design lead him down a new path of creativity, and his new found love of painting ignited his creative passion and personal quest for spiritual truth. By the winter of 2004 John had given his first solo show at the Octane Lounge on the hip and trendy West side of Atlanta. It was during this time period that John made up his mind to paint full time.

In 2006 John sold everything he owned, including his car, and flew to Los Angeles without so much as one paintbrush in his suitcase to pursue his dream of being a painter and making his mark on the Art World.
