In 1972, Victor graduated from the Art Institute of Kiev with a masters degree in graphic arts. Victor worked as a graphic artist with the Art Association of Kiev until 1978. He began to develop his abstract expressionistic style at this time. Despite his efforts, his work was never accepted by the official Soviet regime, leading to his growing disheartenment with the Soviet system. In 1978 Victor and his family finally decided to break out from the iron curtain and immigrated to the United States.

Victor has exhibited his fine art in various art shows in California and Nevada. He exhibited his recent works at the International ArtExpo in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2008 and at the International ArtExpo in New York, New York in 2009. He is currently exhibited at the Petit Louvre Art Gallery in Woodland Hills, CA. Victor is an artist of amazing breadth and depth. His artistic range includes realistic portraits, erotica images, landscapes, still life, and abstract expressions.

Through out the years his expressionistic style has evolved. His new series of paintings entitled “Space Dancers,” reflects our quest for the unknown and depicts the possibility of life and connection in different dimensions of time and space. Believing that we are not alone as significant life forms, Victor hopes to push the boundaries of knowledge of life in our ever expanding universe. Victor’s paintings are highly original and thought provoking. His unique style incorporates fantasy, realism and abstract expressionism.
